Cardinal Rules of Personal Finance

Updated: Sep 1, 2023

Infinite banking, Roth conversion ladders, building a real estate empire, investing in cryptocurrency - these are all GREAT, EASY strategies, and you're crazy if you don't DO THEM ALL!

Sound like something you've heard in a sales pitch recently? Well, part of it is true, these could all be great strategies, but they may not be great for YOU. And that's what really matters.

In the spirit of GREAT, EASY strategies that do apply to everyone, I decided to put together a list. If finances overwhelm you, take a deep breath, read through this list, and take action on the pieces that could use improvement. This list is intended to give anyone a playbook to build a strong financial foundation. Take it step by step - even print it off if that helps. If you need to take a deeper dive into any one of these topics, I've linked each of them to their own post that goes into a little more detail.

As always, keep in mind that you don't have to go it alone. Check out my website to see what it's like to work with me and reach out if you have any questions.

If you found this post helpful, help spread the word! But remember, this is solely for educational purposes - it's not advice.
